Role: Fulfilment Manager
Location: Sandy
Hours: 8AM - 4PM (flexible)
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000

We're looking for an experienced Fulfilment Manager to lead a busy fulfilment operation, keep stock accurate, and ensure all client orders are processed correctly and on time. This role suits someone hands-on, organised, and confident managing people in a fast-paced production, packing or print environment.

What will you be doing?

Oversee daily fulfilment activity, stock control and documentation.
Ensure all goods in/out meet customer SLAs.
Lead, support and train the fulfilment team.
Maintain accurate data on Workx/MIS systems.
Support incoming/outgoing deliveries when required.
Work closely with Operations, Production and Client Services to improve processes and drive efficiencies. 

Experience/qualifications required:

Experience in fulfilment/production/packing (5+ years ideal).
Confident people manager with a hands-on approach
Strong attention to detail and able to work under pressure.
Good communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
Reliable, organised and committed to delivering a high standard of work.
