We are seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager to become part of our organization.
Duties include servicing an assigned book of business by proactively contacting clients, up-selling and cross selling existing clients as well as writing new clients. Accurately maintaining information in the agency management system and providing a high level of customer service in a proactive, responsive and supportive manner with the ability to keep all customer information confidential.
The ideal candidate will have a college degree or equivalent business experience as well as holding or willing to obtain a current Property/Casualty insurance agent license. A positive and respectful attitude as well as a strong attention to detail along with the ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy. Computer skills and oral and written communication also required.
Employee will receive company paid medical insurance, life insurance, paid holidays, paid vacation and the ability to earn commission in addition to a salary. Salary will be based on experience.
