The HRBP drives people strategy for a given business area, alongside expert teams of specialists and operational support teams, leading to measurable commercial impact and strong alignment to the business's strategic goals. HRBPs are tasked with the delivery of a value-add service that influences key stakeholders in order to support them in the achievement of people outcomes, with specific focus on performance, engagement, retention, talent management, change and people risks.
