Quantity Surveyor - London

The Company

* This company are a leading and highly respected RC Frame/Groundworks specialist civils subcontractor.

* They have worked on some major projects across the London skyline and have a current turnover of £160m and take on schemes up to £50m.

The Role

This is a site based commercial role where you will be;

* Procuring and managing trade packages.

* Providing weekly commercial reports and updates.

* Conducting cash flow forecasting.

* Preparing monthly valuations and managing variations/Final Accounts.

* Attending weekly design and progress meetings

* Provide guidance on contractual claims and disputes when necessary.

The Requirements

* You must have a commercial degree - Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management

* At least 5 years RC Frame experience

* Strong communication skills and highly motivated to continually develop career
