Family Solicitor

You will join a well-established family law team advising individuals and families on a wide range of private family matters. The team is known for delivering practical, constructive guidance and maintaining strong relationships with clients during sensitive situations.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing a caseload of family law matters including divorce, separation, and civil partnership dissolution
• Advising clients on financial settlements, children arrangements, and marital agreements
• Supporting clients with pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements and relationship breakdown matters
• Providing advice on protective orders and injunctive remedies where domestic abuse has occurred

We're Looking For:

• Qualified solicitor with experience in family law matters
• Ability to manage a caseload of divorce, finance, and children cases
• Experience advising on marital agreements or protective orders is beneficial but not essential
• Strong client communication and empathy when handling sensitive matters
• Well organised with strong attention to detail and professional standards
