Are you an experienced and passionate Key Stage 1 teacher ready to step into leadership? Tradewind is proud to be working with a thriving and supportive primary school in St Albans, Hertfordshire, to appoint an enthusiastic and skilled Key Stage 1 Phase Leader starting in January 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Key Stage 1 team, supporting both teachers and support staff
Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and pupil progress across the phase
Oversee effective curriculum planning and implementation in line with school policies
Monitor and evaluate teaching outcomes and contribute to school improvement planning
Provide mentoring and professional development opportunities for colleagues
