Location: Cunard Building, Water Street, Pier Head, Liverpool, L2 2BS

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: 3+ months

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 17:00, 37 Hours per week

Pay Rate: £41.83 per hour

Job Responsibilities

Assist in reducing complaints and tribunals related to SEND.

Provide expert support to manage and clear the backlog of cases.

Work on-site one day per week.

Person Specifications

Must Have:

Proven experience in handling SEND complaints and tribunal processes.

Nice to Have:

Experience in interim roles providing short-term support.
