The Position - Behaviour Mentor

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive KS2 Behaviour Mentor to support pupils with behavioural needs across Key Stage 2. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children in a school setting, strong behaviour management skills, and a calm, empathetic approach. You will work closely with class teachers and pastoral staff to help pupils overcome barriers to learning and develop positive behaviours.

The school is a two form entry Primary school based in Chingford which is part of a local trust. The school has a Nursery and a SEN provision.
