Groomfield Recruitment are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative / Reach Truck Driver to join a well-established and reputable client based in Tamworth (B78). The successful applicant will play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring goods are handled efficiently, safely, and accurately

Pay: £13.42

Working Hours: 07:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday

Duties Include:

* Operate a reach truck safely and efficiently to transport goods within the warehouse

* Load and unload pallets from racking systems at various heights

* Accurately pick and put away stock according to company procedures

* Conduct daily equipment checks and report any faults or maintenance issues

* Maintain a clean and organized working area

* Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies

* Assist with general warehouse duties when required

The Candidate:

* Valid Reach Truck licence/certification (RTITB or equivalent)

* Proven experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse environment

* Good understanding of warehouse operations and stock control

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Good level of physical fitness

* Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends if required
