Machine Operator

As a Machine Operator (also known as Equipment Technician, Production Machine Operator), you'll operate and maintain industrial packaging machinery, ensure consistent product quality, troubleshoot issues, and adhere to safety standards. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining a clean workstation, preparing machinery for use, and working with both mechanical and computer-operated equipment.

• Competitive starting pay of $18 per hour, increasing to $20 per hour after 90 days.
• Shift premium, weekly pay, and $50 per week attendance bonus.
• Full benefits, 11 paid holidays, and a $500 signing bonus ($250 paid at 90 days, $250 paid at 6 months).

• At least 2 years of manufacturing machine operator experience.
• Experience with hand tools and blueprint reading.
