Are you a driven Launch Engineer with a passion for leading the successful introduction of new products into a cutting-edge manufacturing facility?

We're currently recruiting an experienced Launch Engineer to join a fast-paced, Tier 1 automotive supplier. The Launch Engineer will be responsible for leading the plant readiness during new program launches, acting as the plant representative at customer sites.

Further responsibilities will include:

*Specify and purchase new machinery and manage installation to the highest engineering standards

*Creation of PFMEA, process flows and control plans

*Oversee machine refurbishments, modifications, and procurement of new equipment.

*Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, production teams, commercial teams, and customers.

*Spearhead the design and implementation of manufacturing systems that optimize performance, quality, and cost.

*Coordinate with key departments to ensure product requirements are met from design through to delivery.

The successful Launch Engineer Will have proven launch management experience with a solid understanding of new product introduction, lean manufacturing and factory layout.
