Senior Hydraulic Engineer - up to £55,000 + private health care - East Anglia
We are seeking an experienced SeniorHydraulic Engineer to join a leading manufacturer of hydraulic-powered machinery. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong technical expertise in hydraulic systems and a background in manufacturing. The position involves both workshop-based build.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and assemble hydraulic power packs and associated systems

Work with pumps, manifolds, valves, pipework, and hydraulic controls

Read and interpret hydraulic circuit diagrams and technical schematics

Support site acceptance testing (SAT) and commissioning activities

Collaborate with internal teams including production and electrical
-
Travel to customer sites as required (rare)
What We're Looking For:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Hydraulic Engineering

CETOP IH2 minimum, IH3 preferred (or equivalent MH2/MH3 certification)

5+ years' experience working with hydraulic systems

Familiarity with electrical systems and industrial controls

Experience in industrial, marine, mobile, or offshore hydraulics

Some experience in fabrication and welding is beneficial
