Religious Studies Teacher needed for Excellent Cardiff Secondary School             

Teaching Personnel are currently working alongside this Secondary School to aid their recruitment for a dedicated and passionate RE teacher to join the School on a full time basis. This role has become available due to an expanding faculty. The school have asked that you are comfortable delivering other lessons under the 'Humanities' umbrella when required.

The Position

-The role will be starting after Christmas until July in the first instance with a view to a permanent contract being offered after that

-RE teacher for secondary school pupils aged between 11-19

-School rated 'EXCELLENT' on latest Estyn Report

-Large school with around 1500 pupils

-Situated less than 15 minutes from the M4

The successful Religious Education  teacher

-Have a proven track record of delivering lessons with inclusion for all

-Have the ability to teach mixed abilities including some children with challenging behaviour

-The role is available for all Teachers with QTS status including NQT's

-Registered with the Education Workforce Council

-Strong classroom management skills are essential
