Manchester-based, £50,000 per annum plus package.

Benefits Package of the Estimator

Basic salary up to £50,000
Car allowance or company car
8 am - 5 pm office hours
Pension after the qualifying period

28 days annual leave including bank holidays increasing after each year's service.
Company Details

Work on frameworks and have good relationships with Architects.
Project values typically between £1 and £2 million
All commercial work such as schools and office refurbs
Long-established company with a turnover of more than £10 million.
Are you?

An experienced Estimator with commercial or fit-out experience.  
Capable of managing enquiries from receiving site drawings to winning tenders
The Role

The Estimator will:

Review design packages and drawings
Liaise with subcontractors and package work.
Complete tenders and submit them to clients.
Liaise with and update the directors on tenders.
Negotiate costs with suppliers.
Some costing of work / Quantity Surveying duties
