The Role

As a Legionella Risk Assessor, you will play a key role in safeguarding water system safety across a wide range of commercial and public-sector buildings. While you'll be based in the Birmingham region, you will work on sites across the UK, supporting the delivery of risk assessments in line with ACOP L8 and HSG274 guidance.

Responsibilities

Conduct detailed Legionella risk assessments on commercial, industrial, and public-sector sites

Produce clear, accurate reports and recommendations for clients

Carry out temperature monitoring, sampling, schematics updates and asset data capture

Ensure compliance with company procedures, health & safety standards, and relevant guidance

Liaise professionally and confidently with clients, representing the company's values on-site

Support project safety and contribute to a strong culture of quality and compliance

What We're Looking For

Experience as a Legionella Risk Assessor (or similar water hygiene background)

Strong understanding of ACOP L8, HSG274, and water safety compliance

Confidence in customer interaction and report writing

A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
