Secondary Cover Teachers - BristolWe are seeking enthusiastic and committed qualified and unqualified secondary teachers with QTS to work in schools across Bristol.

These roles involve providing long-term cover for absent teachers, ensuring continuity of high-quality teaching and learning. Positions are available to start immediately, with both full-time and part-time opportunities.

The RoleAs a Secondary Cover Teacher, you will:* Deliver engaging lessons across your subject specialism or a range of subjects as required* Plan, prepare, and assess work in line with curriculum expectations* Manage classroom behaviour effectively in accordance with school policies* Support the academic progress, wellbeing, and development of all pupils* Contribute to the wider school community where required

Working Hours & Pay* Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm* Competitive daily rates from £120 - £260 per day, depending on experience and role responsibilities* Opportunities for long-term placements within supportive schoolsRequirements* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS preferred but unqualified with proven experience will be considered* Experience teaching at secondary level (KS3/KS4, KS5 desirable)* Strong classroom management and communication skills* A professional, adaptable, and positive approach
