Management Accountant

Salary: £60,000 per annum + Monthly Bonus (~3-4%)
Location: Near Woking, Surrey (15 min drive from Guildford)
Hours: Mon-Thurs 09:00-17:15 / Fri 09:00-17:00 (36 hours per week)

We're recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a highly successful international engineering and manufacturing group based near Woking. Management Accountant Key Responsibilities:

Lead the monthly group close and consolidation process

Prepare consolidated management accounts and KPI packs

Manage and develop two assistant accountants

Conduct monthly variance analysis and margin reporting

Support department heads with financial insight on cost structures

Own group cashflow forecasting and balance sheet recs

Assist with statutory accounts, audit prep, and corporation tax

Lead or support systems/process improvement projects

What We're Looking For:

Fully qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)

Experience in a group or multi-entity reporting environment

Manufacturing or engineering sector background preferred

Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets

Previous experience managing or mentoring staff

Comfortable working with non-finance teams and explaining financials clearly
