A great opportunity for a qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) to join a growing fintech as UK Payment Operations & Treasury Lead. This role offers the chance to build and lead core finance functions, including payment operations, safeguarding, reconciliation, treasury management, and financial reporting. You'll ensure the accuracy of card and banking transactions, manage liquidity and cash flow, and support regulatory compliance across VAT, payroll, Corporation Tax, and Companies House filings. The role also involves engaging with regulators on safeguarding matters, improving financial processes, and collaborating across teams to deliver a strong, customer-focused financial experience. Ideal for someone with payment scheme experience (FPS, BACS, CHAPS), strong attention to detail, and a collaborative, problem-solving approach in a fast-moving environment.
