Warehouse Operative

Vanta Staffing Reading is recruiting a Warehouse Operative to work for our client based in the Reading area. This role would suit the right candidate who wants consistent work with a prestigious company.

Role of a Warehouse Operative:

• Complete picking orders for deliveries
• Operating saws and handle steel
• Operating Forklifts and Cranes (Full training will be given)
• Working effectively as part of a team and on your own
• Be able to lift and manoeuvre heavy items
• Follow all health and safety procedures

Details:

• Salary: £14ph
• Working hours: Rotating shifts - Monday to Friday 05.00  - 13.30/
• Location: Reading
• Duration: Temp to perm

Requirement of an Warehouse Operative:

• Attention to detail
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Be able to complete manual handling work as heavy lifting is required
• Crane, Forklift, and side loader experience desirable but not essential
• Be able to work in a team environment
