About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and analytical HR Analyst to join our professional client on an 18-month fixed term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about data, insights, and improving HR service delivery across a diverse organisation.
Working at the heart of the HR function, you will provide analytical, reporting and operational support across all HR disciplines, including HR Operations, Recruitment, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Reward and pay modelling
Key Responsibilities- Produce regular HR dashboards, KPI reports, and workforce metrics to support decision-making across the organisation.
- First line support for quiries on HR & learning system.
- Analyse people data to identify trends, risks and opportunities relating to recruitment, retention, absence, performance and workforce costs, reward.
- Leading and ensuing monthly payroll accurate.
- Supporting and develop the HR system.
- Support annual pay review and benefits renewals.
- Maintain and improve data quality across HR systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance and effective reporting.
- Contribute to policy, process and system improvements by providing evidence-based recommendations.
- Work closely with HR to ensure seamless data flows, compliance, and accurate HR records.
- Support the design and implementation of new HR reporting tools and dashboards.
Essential- Experience in an HR, data, or analytical role.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas) and confidence working with datasets.
- Ability to interpret people data and present insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to support the wider HR team.
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g. iTrent, SAP, Oracle, Workday or similar).
- Experience with annual pay review modelling
- Experience producing HR dashboards using tools like Power BI.
- Knowledge of key HR processes and policies.
