An established and growing professional services organisation has an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join their friendly team based in Leicester. You will provide an invaluable first line case management, advisory and administration service to managers and colleagues across the business, covering the whole people lifecycle, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy HR team in a supportive organisation who can offer career development.
Duties and Responsibilities

Provide clear, trustworthy People (HR) guidance and advice to managers and colleagues on People policies, processes and tools
Accurate & timely completion of all administrative & transactional task, ensuring integrity of HR systems data, in line with the agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
Be a central point of contact for general People related queries; monitor the People Services (HR) inbox, action and respond within agreed SLAs
Ensure continuous education on People policies and processes to have an in-depth but broad knowledge
Strive to deliver a resolution at the point of first contact and where not possible, proactively escalate and follow-up as necessary to ensure effective resolution
Prioritise own workload in an efficient manner and anticipate problems, providing full support to the admin team during exceptionally busy periods
Support the Payroll & Benefits team with any relevant tasks and project work; and support People partners with case work and/ or change consultations as required
Contribute to the delivery of People Service objectives and service level agreements
Strive for efficiency and continuously identify improvement opportunities to enhance the colleague experience 
Role Profile

Basic generalist HR knowledge, with some knowledge & understanding of internal People policies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage several tasks and prioritise without compromising on quality
Excellent interpersonal, customer service and stakeholder management skills
Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
Previous experience of HR systems
Ability to learn quickly
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Generalist HR knowledge across all functions
Ideally CIPD qualified (Level 3 minimum) or studying towards
