💼 About the Role:

As a SEN TA, you'll work across a range of welcoming mainstream primary schools, offering tailored one-on-one or small group support to pupils with a variety of additional needs. Whether part-time or full-time, your support will be crucial in helping students feel confident, included, and empowered to succeed.

🔑 Key Responsibilities of a SEN TA:

Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs and abilities
Support teachers in delivering fun, structured, and inclusive lessons

Experience working with children with SEN (school-based preferred, but not essential)
