Location: UK-wide travel required

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (negotiable DOE)

What You'll Do:

As SHEQ Advisor, you'll support the SHEQ Manager and wider team to drive compliance and embed best practice across the organisation. Key responsibilities include:

* Carry out routine site audits on active projects to ensure legal and internal compliance

* Prepare clear, actionable audit reports and follow up with stakeholders

* Promote a safety-first culture across all levels of the business

* Assist site teams with inductions, risk assessments, and compliance procedures

* Complete and submit RAMS efficiently and accurately

* Work closely with the compliance team to maintain asset records and procedures

* Liaise with external agencies, clients, and regulatory bodies as required

* Continue learning and developing under the guidance of an experienced SHEQ Manager

✅ What We're Looking For:

* A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to sites nationwide

* Previous experience conducting health and safety audits

* Industry experience in manufacturing or construction or similar

* Recognised H&S qualifications (e.g. IOSH or NEBOSH)

* High attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
