Leaders in Care are looking to recruit a Nursing Home Manager (RGN) on behalf of a 70 bed service in Skelmersdale, Lancashire. The salary for this full-time role is circa £50,000 per year, plus a bonus scheme to earn an additional 15% on top of your salary.
We're looking for an excellent RGN or RMN qualified Nurse Manager with previous nursing home management experience. The Home is rated as Good in all areas with the CQC and is a dual registered, purpose-built state-of-the-art nursing and residential service providing Specialist care for clients with dementia and complex healthcare requirements

This is a full-time, permanent position paying a salary of up to £50,000, plus up to 15% bonus.
Having undertaken previous Nursing Home Manager jobs, you'll be responsible for ensuring that the highest quality care is prioritised and delivered through effective leadership and home management. You will support and inspire continuous improvement within the home, both in the quality of service provision and commercial performance.
What you need to offer:
To be considered for this role, you will need to have experience as a Registered Home Manager and should have:
- A proven track record in a supervisory role in a care home setting
- A genuine understanding of what quality care means
- A commitment to ensuring a high-quality service as a dedicated RN Nurse Manager
- Experience and knowledge in matters relating to occupancy, financial performance and development of external relationships
