Pay: £18–£20 per hour

We’re looking for proactive and organised Work Experience Coordinators to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in connecting students with valuable work experience opportunities, supporting their development and future career success.

• Coordinate and manage work experience placements for students across various sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers to secure quality opportunities.
• Support students throughout their placement journey, ensuring compliance with college policies.
• Monitor progress, address challenges, and provide solutions during placements.
• Maintain accurate records and produce reports for internal stakeholders.
• Promote work experience opportunities and encourage student engagement.

• Previous experience in coordinating work placements or similar roles within education/training.
• Strong relationship-building skills with employers and students.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
