About the Role of Clinical Deputy Manager

As Clinical Deputy, you'll work alongside the Home Manager to lead and support a committed team of nurses and carers. Your focus will be on maintaining the highest clinical standards, driving compliance, and ensuring safe, person-centred care across the home. With your clinical expertise and leadership skills, you'll also play a key part in mentoring staff, auditing practices, and overseeing day-to-day operations.

What We're Looking For in out Clinical Deputy Manager

NMC Registered Nurse 

Previous experience as a Clinical Lead or Deputy in a care home setting

Strong leadership and communication skills

Sound knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance

Confident in wound care, medication management, and health assessments

Organised, proactive, and IT literate

A natural mentor with a passion for developing others

Reliable and flexible with the ability to support across multiple sites
