Fawkes and Reece are currently looking to recruit a Project Quantity Surveyor on behalf of one of our major civil engineering clients in Kent.

My client is currently looking to recruit a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Kent. This project is a great opportunity to work on a project with great exposure to the Highways/Infrastructure/Earthworks sector, on a project of £20 million.

The successful candidate will be able to:
- Preparation of bills and schedules of quantities of materials, labour and services required in the construction and equipment of building, or engineering works.
- Visit building sites to monitor progress.
- Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect or the client.
- Preparation of specifications when required so to do.
- Undertake costs analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
