🌟 The Role: Reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Director, you'll work alongside an exceptional team of professionals who are at the top of their game.
What You'll Do:
* Shape and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate results.
* Deliver engaging campaigns across multiple platforms, with LinkedIn as the primary social media focus. (If social media duties are high on your wish list, this role may not be the perfect fit.)
* Manage a small but mighty creative team while collaborating with sales and group marketing.
* Lead content creation, write copy, PR initiatives, and event planning with creativity and precision.
Who You Are:
* A marketing professional with 4+ years' experience in a B2B environment and a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
* Highly organized with strong communication skills and a creative mindset.
* Confident managing a team and thriving in a hands-on, fast-moving role.
* Comfortable working in a company with a technical and engineering focus. (This role is best suited to someone who thrives in a structured, technical results-driven environment, rather than seeking a highly conceptual or purely creative setting.)
* Based no more than 30- 40 minutes from Gloucester, as this role is office-based.
