This is a fast-paced and varied Administrator role based in Warrenpoint, ideal for someone with experience in scheduling engineers, coordinating subcontractors, and supporting maintenance operations. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of works by managing schedules, handling enquiries, and supporting operational teams.

Duties will include:
- Coordinate and manage the daily scheduling of engineers and subcontractors
- Use internal systems to plan and allocate maintenance works efficiently
- Handle incoming calls and customer/service enquiries professionally
- Maintain accurate records within the company software system
- Support the delivery of maintenance operations through effective coordination
- Ensure compliance with data protection (GDPR) policies
- Carry out general administrative and office duties as required
Essential Criteria:
- GCSE (or equivalent) Grade C or above in English and Maths
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Minimum 5 years' administration experience or relevant qualification
- Experience in scheduling, coordination, or maintenance administration (highly desirable)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment and meet deadlines
- Experience dealing with the general public and internal stakeholders
