Description As an IT Project Manager, you will work as a member of our CFO team with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to design efficient, thoughtful, data-driven approaches and toolsets to support IT systems analysis across the company. To do this you will use a wide variety of software platforms to manage initiatives and create databases to organize, recommend, and implement solutions to our business challenges. What you'll do Manage and execute deliverables for corporate teams andor clients Perform financial project management for client projects including budget planning, cost tracking and invoice review Facilitate in the creation and implementation of project plans including reviewing work for accuracy, leading testing efforts, and measuring functionality Develop, maintain, and enhance databases to support initiatives and projects Produce spreadsheets, data visualizations, and PowerPoint briefings, and other documents Partner with various teams to identify key information gaps and provide recommendations Create and update documentation and SOPs to foster knowledge-sharing and consistency of processes with an eye toward reducing costs, while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, CMMI L3, CMMC, and other applicable standards, laws, and regulations Manage a team of consulting professionals and provide mentoring and performance feedback to include project management techniques, professional development guidance, and Ripple resource Synthesize and analyze information from various sources to identify industry trends and technology developments Establish and manage internal company Technology Review Board (TRB) Serve as a subject matter expert in project management and support proposal efforts as requested Perform other duties related to the core functions of the role Requirements Minimum Education and Experience Bachelorrsquos degree At least 6 years of professional experience in roles with related duties Basic Requirements Experience leading teams to deliver high-quality products within project deadlines Extensive knowledge of database management and analysis and use of data visualization tools Strong knowledge of SQL and Power BI Advanced proficiency with the use of Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, and Outlook Excellent verbal and written communication skills for face-to-face interaction with clients, coworkers, and stakeholders. Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills demonstrated capacity for detailed organization and synthesis of abstract and disparate information.
