📝 Role Information and Duties

This is a fully qualified, hands-on role requiring a Level 3 Plumbing/Mechanical qualification and previous experience in a similar setting. You must be comfortable with the scope of work and participating in an on-call rota (if required) once familiar with the site.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

AHU Maintenance

FCU Maintenance

Calorifier inspection

TMV maintenance

Maintenance on Boilers and L8 systems

Drainage work, including unblocking toilets/waste pipes

Repairing leaks

General planned and reactive plumbing/mechanical duties

⏰ Work Schedule & Equipment

Work Pattern: Monday - Friday (Days only initially)

Hours: 07:00 AM - 16:00 PM

Required Dress Code/PPE: Safety Boots, Hi Viz Jacket, and Wet Weather Gear.
