Project Coordinator

9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)
- GBP35,000 (depending on experience)

My client, a reputable Engineering company, were looking for an organised, proactive and detail-obsessed Project Coordinator to join their Project Delivery team. If you're a natural communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in making things run smoothly behind the scenes, this could be exactly who we're looking for.
Key Responsibilities
· Supporting Project Managers across multiple high-end residential and superyacht projects
· Coordinating information across departments to ensure consistency and quality
· Planning ahead, staying on top of details, and spotting potential challenges early
· Helping to deliver everything from smart lighting upgrades in London homes to full-scale AV/IT installations on GBP180m superyachts
· Making a real impact on complex projects with global reach

· A highly organised, process-driven team player
· Strong communication skills and the confidence to liaise across teams
· A proactive mindset with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
· A keen eye for detail and a desire to get things right
· Previous experience or a strong interest in AV/IT
