Corporate Company Secretary - Dublin

The Role:

A top law firm is looking for a Corporate Company Secretary to help expand its Irish market offering. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in developing the firm's corporate governance presence across Ireland. The role is Hybrid working, with plenty of scope for career development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing Company Secretarial and corporate governance services to a range of clients across the UK and Ireland
• Managing board and committee meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes and governance reporting
• Ensuring compliance with Companies Act 2014, corporate governance codes and regulatory requirements
• Advising clients on corporate governance best practices, company law and regulatory changes
• Overseeing company formations, annual compliance filings and statutory record-keeping
• Supporting transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and restructurings
• Playing a role in the strategic growth of the Company Secretarial function in Ireland

About You:

• CGI qualified or very close to qualification (or equivalent)
• At least 2 years of experience in an Irish company secretarial role, ideally within a professional services, legal, or financial services environment
• Strong technical knowledge of Irish company law, corporate governance and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving
• A desire to contribute to a growing and dynamic team in an exciting expansion phase
