Credit Hire - Claims Handler
Harvey McQueen are extremely pleased to be recruiting for an experienced Credit Hire - Claims Handler, to join their fast growing organisation. This exciting opportunity would be perfect for someone who already has a minimum six months experience of working in Personal Injury Claims. The position is available for an immediate start for the right candidate.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle Third Party Claims/Credit Hire/Liability claims
- Manage a varied caseload of claims via telephone and written correspondence
- Effectively prioritise own claims portfolio and team responsibilities
- Act as point of contact for Policyholders and Brokers
- Identify and refer fraudulent activity and any questionable underwriting
- Deliver a consistently outstanding level of service to all parties involved
- Adhere to company and regulatory policies and guidelines at all times.
KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience of working in Motor Claims and/or insurance background
- Minimum six months experience of working in Personal Injury Claims
- GCSE passes at Grade C or above (or equivalent e.g. NVQ Level 2) to include English and Maths.
- CII Certificate of Insurance or willing to work towards ( supported by the Company )
- PC Literate - for example experience of MS Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
