Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor required
Our client is a building main contractor based in Central London and entrusted with some of Britain's most prestigious residential and commercial properties. They are carrying out a refurbishment roll our programme of converting old public owned properties into high end commercial units and require, on a freelance basis, an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have a background and be competent on the day to day commercial issues of an on-going site. Other pre requisites include:
* Experienced Quantity Surveyor at running concurrent projects.
* Ideally experience within the construction London market
* Experience of refurbishment projects.
* Formal Quantity Surveyor's qualification.
* Strong communication skills.
* Commercially and technically competent.
* The Senior Quantiy Surveyor will need to live within commuting distance of Central London
