Operations Coordinator - Freight Forwarding

As Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth customs processing and logistical coordination. You'll be part of a fast-paced, high-performing operations team working to support both client needs and internal quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and process customer cargo through UK customs systems
Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards
Meet departmental KPIs with accuracy and efficiency
Provide additional operational support as assigned by the line manager

What You Will Need:

Prior experience completing customs clearance entries
Familiarity with ASM Sequoia or similar customs software
Functional skills in English and Mathematics
Strong computer literacy and attention to detail
A collaborative, proactive attitude
