What's involved for the Area Sales Manager…

Manage and grow new and existing customer accounts
Promote and sell our clients products across your region
Deliver on-site product demonstrations and installations
Prepare and follow up on customer quotes using CRM systems
Promote finance, insurance, and aftersales support packages
Complete appraisals on used equipment and tailor machine specs
Keep CRM system updated and ensure accurate forecasting
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a first-class service
Support customer satisfaction and meet sales targetsWhat you'll need…

Proven B2B sales background - ideally in construction or similar
Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
Excellent commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable managing your own territory and workload
