Warehouse Operative – Leamington Spa, Warwickshire

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our well-established client based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire.

Shifts:

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 16:00

Rates of Pay:

£12.21 - £12.71 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties:

Your duties as a Warehouse Operative are:

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Carrying out stock control and regular stock checks
• Preparing, labelling, and packing automotive components for dispatch
• Moving and organising stock safely within the warehouse
• Ensuring all items are stored correctly and safely
• Following all health and safety guidelines
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment

Essential Skills:

The skills required to be a Warehouse Operative are:

• Basic level of spoken and written English
• Reliability and punctuality
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Positive, proactive attitude
• Comfortable with heavy lifting

Desirable Experience:

• Previous warehouse experience (advantageous but not essential)
• Experience using hand-held scanners and hand tools 

Training:

• Full on-site training provided with additional ongoing support throughout your assignment
