We are currently working with a well regarded, Legal 500 ranked firm in Reading that is looking for a NQ Property Litigation Solicitor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and talented property litigation law professional to join an expanding and supportive team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Advise on a broad range of property disputes, including landlord and tenant matters, boundary disagreements, and mortgage repossessions.
Handle more specialist issues such as rights of way, easements, drainage problems, restrictive covenants, and adverse possession claims.

Develop your own client relationships while also contributing to the growth of the team's independent client base.

Take an active role in business development initiatives and networking activities to raise the team's profile.

Engage in a variety of complex, intellectually stimulating matters, with support and mentoring to build your expertise.

The successful candidate:

Newly qualified, ideally with some exposure to property litigation (other litigation experience will also be considered).

Keen to develop expertise across a broad spectrum of contentious property issues.

A strong communicator with the ability to deliver clear, practical advice to clients.

Enthusiastic about client-facing work and committed to providing a high standard of service.

Proactive, well-organised, and eager to learn from experienced colleagues.
