About the Role:

We're seeking a Production Area Manager to oversee operations from raw material intake through to finished goods. Reporting into the Senior Production Manager, you'll lead a team within a high-volume chilled environment, managing around 250 production staff across 70 SKUs.

You'll be responsible for:

* Driving performance across KPIs including quality, cost, and service levels

* Ensuring compliance with food safety and health & safety standards

* Leading and motivating teams to deliver consistent results

* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience in manufacturing or FMCG production

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Qualifications in Food Safety and Health & Safety

* A passion for innovation and delivering high-quality results
