Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional help.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to develop tailored learning plans.
• Support students with SEN requirements in their academic and social development.
• Promote a culture of respect, empathy, and encouragement among students.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a teaching assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a difference in students' lives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant qualifications and certifications (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools) are advantageous.
