Key Responsibilities:
- Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional help.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

- Support students with SEN requirements in their academic and social development.
- Promote a culture of respect, empathy, and encouragement among students.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a teaching assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a difference in students' lives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Relevant qualifications and certifications (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools) are advantageous.
