Recruitable Staffing are working with a leading manufacturing company in Exhall, Coventry, and we're on the lookout for experienced CNC Milling Setters and Operators to join their night shift team.

About the role:
You'll be responsible for setting and operating CNC milling machines using Heidenhain controls. Your day-to-day will include reading engineering drawings, setting up machines, and ensuring high-quality production runs. If you're experienced in both setting and operating, or just operating, we want to hear from you!

Key requirements:

* Proven experience as a CNC milling setter and/or operator

* Confident using Heidenhain controls

* Able to work efficiently on night shifts

* Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
