Pre-Construction Lead - South London

We are partnering with a specialist heat network consultancy looking for a degree-qualified, technically skilled engineer to lead pre-construction on complex heat network projects. This multi-award-winning business operates nationwide, delivering high-end commercial and residential schemes, and seeks a confident professional to support their growing pipeline.

You'll manage early RIBA stages, coordinate with operations, clients, and design teams to ensure smooth project progression. Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead pre-construction phases, managing scope, budget, and programme across multiple projects

Maintain client relationships and liaise with design, delivery, and QS teams

Ensure designs meet requirements, plan specialist services, and monitor funding conditions

Manage documentation, compliance, and project handovers
