About the Role
Are you passionate about helping children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) thrive? Aspire People is looking for a motivated Teaching Assistant (Level 2/3) to join a welcoming, inclusive primary school in Runcorn.

In this role, you'll support children aged 4-11, including those in dedicated SEND bases. Whether assisting in the classroom or running targeted 1:1 and small group sessions, your expertise and energy will help pupils reach their full potential in a nurturing environment.

What We're Looking For
* Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent); EYFS qualifications also considered
* Experience working with primary-aged children, ideally in SEND settings (beneficial but not essential)
* Confidence in supporting students individually and in small groups
* Strong communication skills to engage with pupils, colleagues, and parents
* Genuine passion for children's learning and development
* Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
