• Briefing drivers and checking the drivers’ bay is cleared before departure
•  Clearing the floor once drivers have left of parcels not due for delivery
•  Assisting customers collecting from or dropping off parcels at the depot
• Searching the warehouse for parcels when required
• Handling damaged items, including re-packing parcels with damaged packaging
• Managing phone enquiries regarding collections and delivery queries, ensuring resolution
• Responding to Salesforce (message-based service) customer service queries and investigating/responding within SLA
• Clearing systems down at the end of shift
• Manual POD (Proof of Delivery) entry
• Completing accurate end-of-shift reports

Important Information About the Role:

• This role involves multi-tasking between warehouse duties and office-based administrative work
• Some parcels can be large and heavy, so lifting will be required
• Safety shoes must be worn at all times

• Previous customer service experience
• Confident using computer systems and handling data entry
• Strong communication skills and a professional manner
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced depot environment
• Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented
• Physically capable of handling heavier parcels safely
