A career development opportunity has arisen with my client in West Yorkshire for a driven HR professional who wants to work in a fast paced and fun team environment. My client is a world leading food manufacturer.

Working to support the senior management team, who believe in supporting and developing their people to success

If you are a hands on, organised self-starter with an eye for detail and a passion for success who enjoys admin. This could be the role for you!

The Role:

* Responsibility for team administration and first point of contact for all HR enquiries

* Co-ordinate new starters, including contracts, system administration etc…

* Support pay & benefit administration along with checking of payroll files & liaising with payroll provider

* General administration such as letters, mail merges, scheduling meetings and taking minutes.

The Candidate:

* Experienced HR professional, who is always looking at innovative ways to streamline processes

* Experience with duties in payroll, project work, time & attendence

* Highly IT literate, ideally with knowledge of Success Factors, SAP, Cronos etc

* Able to travel to multi-sites including Halifax and Manchester

In Return

If successful, the salary range is up to £32,000.00 (depending upon your experience). The hours are Monday to Thursday 8am to 4.30pm and Friday 8am to 3pm. You'll also receive 28 days holiday + banks, private health care and multiple other benefits
