Job Type: Permanent, FullTime

Salary: £32000 - £32500/annum

A superb opportunity has emerged for a specialist Anti Social Behaviour Officer to join a forward thinking housing association client of ours in West London. This is a fixed term contract role initially for three months, and will be full time (36 hours). It may well get extended should the successful candidate perform well.

As the client is keen for the successful candidate to hit the ground running in this post, all applicants must possess previous experience of:

* Investigating all complaints of ASB including hate crime incidents and domestic violence and resolving cases to a successful and positive conclusion.
* Interviewing all parties who are involved in anti social behaviour cases, writing up full notes on each case, and liaising with the Metropolitan Police and other services when required.
* A range of ASB enforcement remedies from ABCs, to ASB injunctions and court possession action; as well as early intervention and prevention actions.
* Managing a demanding ASB caseload and operating as part of a tenancy management team.

Ideally, candidates will be car drivers with access to their own vehicle (although this is not essential), and have worked in a similar role for a social housing client previously. Good communication and teamwork skills are also required to deliver a high quality service to local residents.

Only applicants who feel they meet the above criteria need apply
