A Global Private Equity Firm has an opening for a Receptionist/Front Office Coordinator in their fast-paced Westside office. As the Receptionist, you will play a vital role in streamlining office procedures in order to promote efficient daily operations. You will act as an ambassador to the office as you greet high-level guests, interface with building management, and provide support to external company events.
