What You'll Be Doing:

Become the eyes and ears of the plant - perform routine and unexpected checks that keep production flowing smoothly.
Take pride in a spotless site - maintain top-notch housekeeping using advanced vacuumation units.
Step in as the problem-solver - help diagnose and fix production glitches to keep the plant humming.
Get hands-on with tower cleaning using Cardox, lancing, and high-pressure water jetting - no two days will be the same!
Move materials safely and efficiently - fuels, raw materials, wastes, and more.
Dive into exciting production tasks like fan blade cleaning, filter replacement, and equipment troubleshooting.
Support our expert maintenance crew and sharpen your skills with first-line maintenance and lubrication duties.
Operate mobile plant and gantry cranes like a pro, mastering essential machinery every day.
Monitor environmental compliance and contribute to our green goals.
Play a key role in commissioning cutting-edge new projects - be part of innovation in action!
What We're Looking For:
A safety champion who looks out for themselves and their teammates.
A skilled operator comfortable driving and handling a variety of mechanical and mobile equipment.
A self-starter with strong planning and organisation skills.
Experience with pre-heater tower lancing and Cardox? That's a big plus!
Solid knowledge of the cement-making process and plant operations.
Tech-savvy and computer literate - ready to embrace new tools and systems.
Confined space trained and willing to take on physically challenging work.
Bonus points for experience troubleshooting kilns and cement mills.
