Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

As a Qualified HLTA, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the educational journey of our students, supporting teaching and learning across various subjects and year groups.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead small group interventions and support classroom activities, demonstrating expertise in your subject area.
  • Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Provide one-to-one support to students who require additional assistance, including those with special educational needs.
  • Contribute to the assessment and tracking of student progress, working collaboratively with teaching staff.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA).
  • Previous experience working within a school environment is desired but not essential.
  • Passion for supporting children's education and development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
